TERMS & CONDITIONS

Nanyang Express. (“Express,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) hereby stipulates these terms of service (these “Terms”) regarding the service provided on its websites and mobile sites (including https://nanyangexpress.org/; hereafter the “NANYANG EXPRESS ONLINE STORE”) (the “Service”), as follows.
Please also refer to the “Payment” and “FAQ” pages separately provided by us. Details of these Terms are as set forth below.

Article 1 Scope of Application of these terms

These terms apply to Nanyang Express and its customers (meaning the users of our Service such as those who browse, and purchase items through, the NANYANG EXPRESS ONLINE STORE) in connection with the provision and use of the service. Any services that we may provide other than the Service shall be subject to the terms of those services provided separately by us and not subject to these terms unless separately provided in the terms of the relevant services.

Article 2 Amendments to these terms

  1. Nanyang Express may amend these terms from time to time in either of the following cases. In each such case, the provision and use of the service after the amendment shall be subject to the amended terms:

    1. The relevant amendment conforms to the interest of the customers; or

    2. The relevant amendment does not run afoul of the purpose of the contract, and it is reasonable in light of the circumstances concerning the amendment, such as the necessity of the amendment and the appropriateness of the details of the amended conditions.

    3. When amending these terms, we will determine the effective date and notify our customers of the amended terms and the effective date in advance via announcement or notice by posting on our website, email, or other means that we deem appropriate.

Article 3 Use of the Service

  1. Customers shall use the Service after accepting, and in accordance with, these terms.

  2. Customers who are minors shall obtain the consent of their legal representative or guardian before using the service.

Article 4 Prohibited Acts

  1. Customers shall not commit any of the following acts when using the service:

  2. Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals;

  3. Acts that cause or are likely to cause harm to Nanyang Express, other customers, or third parties;

  4. Acts that disrupt or are likely to disrupt the operation of the service;

  5. Any other acts that Nanyang Express determines to be inappropriate.

Article 5 Suspension or Termination of the service

  1. Nanyang Express may suspend or terminate all or part of the service without prior notice to customers in the following cases:

  2. Maintenance or inspection of the system for providing the service;

  3. Natural disasters, power outages, or other force majeure events;

  4. Any other unavoidable circumstances.

  5. Nanyang Express shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by customers as a result of the suspension or termination of the service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 6 Privacy and Personal Information

  1. Nanyang Express shall handle personal information obtained through the use of the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 7 Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All content provided through the NANYANG EXPRESS ONLINE STORE, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Nanyang Express or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

  2. Customers shall not reproduce, modify, or use any content from the NANYANG EXPRESS ONLINE STORE without prior written permission from Nanyang Express.

Article 8 Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  1. Nanyang Express does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided through the service.

  2. Nanyang Express shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
